fuel pressure question

fuel pressure question
i have a 99 5.4 swap and i just got my predator and as i was data logging i noticed my fuel presure was about 59 then looking back at the data log around 5000 rpm the pressure went down to 25 is this normal for the fuel pressure to drop so drasticly.... also on premium gas i can run 4 more degrees adavnced correct????
