If your talking about the Pi head swap, it would raise compression to about 10.5:1 compared to 9.0:1 on the stock pi motor. I'm doing the swap shortly due to higher milage on my npi, and that i plan on a s/c shortly after the engine swap. If i did the pi swap the most boost i could possible ever run is maybe 7lbs.
o what your saying is if i did the pi swap id run would have to run less boost if i supercharged than if i just left myself wit hthe stock npi heads?

and maybe us sn95 guys dont want 99+ stangs maybe weve fallen compassionately in love with the cars we have [sm=drlove.gif]

Just get a 32V if you're swapping a whole motor, If not, stick with a PI swap. Just an idea :-p

Dude if you have any experience with cars and/or want to learn alittle and have the time, do it yourself!!!!!
That's like telling a hospital orderly to perform a brain transplant..... Honestly I would strongly urge you not to do this yourself unless you can get help from somebody who has a little background knoweldge. Unless of course you have another car to drive for the several months it will take for you to figure it out...

like i said, if you want simplicity just get a 99+ sohc 4.6, slap some headers on it and drop it in. no tranny swap or wiring harness or ecu needed, just a simple swap. with this you'll be in the same league as a 99+, and not have the higher compression that a pi swap gives. if you got some money though, i strongly reccomend a built motor.

What i should have said is if you have a decent knownledge on what is involved and understand what needs to be done, then do it yourself.

I rebiult a 7 bolt 4g63t out of a tsi awd in less then 3 weeks, that included pulling, rebiuld, and reinstallation.
I'm pretty swaping a npi 4.6 for a pi 4.6 out would take less then a week as long as you have all your tools and parts available.
