Default Tire recommendations?

What are your recommendations for a new set of tires? I'm running about 440 hp in my Steeda, and i bought it with a bald set of Nitto 555's on there( still there now)... looking for more of an all around street tire, I'm not worried about bad weather like snow, and such cause i have my beater car for those days. I was just wondering if maybe some of my Mustang brethren could point me to a Good tire, or at least clear my mind that the BFG G-force KDW would be a decent tire. Tread wear is relatively important but i'm more worried about keeping my car on the road... Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated... thank guys.

with 440hp i would go with the Nitto 555 again. you will need some type of a D/R.

Thanks gotboost, after researching and surveying, i found those potenza re750's seemed to be the tire for me, plus there was an amazing deal on them at the tire place... What tires do you have on yours?

I got some BFG g-Force KDWs a few days ago. I haven't got them on the car yet (need to find a new, skinnier 13/16 socket, and get a wheel re-chromed... I tried to tighten a lug down and my socket was scraping the inside of the hole for the lug and it scratched up the inside... so I'll save myself the hassle later and get that spot re-chromed now), and it is too snowy to take them out, but I've seen quite a few others get them. The snow will be going away within a day or two so I can give you my verdict then... I can only expect more traction than my bald factory tires.

I have Toyo 265X35 front and 295X35 rear ZR18's. I love them. They really stick in the cornering department.
