First off, with piggyback UDPs, you cannot use a timing adjuster. Period. You need to have the stock balancer or Steeda UDPs. March may work, but I don't know for certain.

Second, the T/A will allow you to manually advance (or retard)your timing 1-4* above the stock 10* degrees advance. Some here have advanced theirs 6*, but Steeda does not recommend it. And you will have to bump up your octane to 89 or higher. Again, Steeda recommends +4* and 93 octane. I have mine set +4* and use 89 octane with no issues. Overall, it will net you 5-8* rwhpandit's very easy to install and adjust.

Also, your link doesn't work.

It should also be mentioned that the Steeda t/a allows the base timing to be changed, by allowing the crank position sensor to be adjusted. This isa change that the PCM is unaware if, so it serves to offset the entire electronically controlled timing map by whateveryou set the t/a to--in other words, it is not the same as changing the timing map via a tuner; unless you were to add a fixed number of °'s of offset to every entry...(hint: on a PC hold the Alt key and type 0176 on the keypad to get the degree "°"symbol)
