octane booster is what the ricers use to make them THINK they are going faster. i once saw a guy driving a toyota carolla type s and he was buying a bottle of it. just for ****s and giggles i asked him if that stuff really works (i already knew it didnt) and his response was "yeah bro. this stuff works wonders. you really feel the difference!" it was quite funny. but yeah if u really wanna get more octane go to a sunoco gas station (i dunno if their are any where u live but im sure they have an equivelant) thay have leaded race fuel. very nice stuff.
wouldnt that hurt your car, putting leaded fuel in an unleaded ONLY car.
IT's not good for your oxygen sensors.

Octane booster is ricer cool aid. Most only raise the octane level 3 points which will bring 93 up to 93.3. I wouldn't suggest dumping that crap in and maxing out your timing or turning up the boost. And just incase you didn't know you will not feel a difference just from putting higher octane fuel in because the fuel adds no power.

i was always told that they put the unleaded fuel only stickers on cars just for emissions purposes

I got alot of car stuff from my friend for my graduatoin present and in there was a small orange flame bottle. It was calledoctane booster. How does this work or what is it suppose to do? im sure its nothing but just curious if it would mess up my car or not.
What did you graduate? 8th grade? Ha ha... Most of that crap is not worth a damn.

Not good for your O2 sensors or your cats!
