So I took my car in to get my Motive 4.10's installed nad figured what the hell and bought a MAC O/R X-Pipe......

Best of all got it all covered under warrenty (third party)

The concensus is that I should be able ot pick her up tonight!!!!! I am trying so hard not to get too excited just incase they need to keep her another night......but I feel like a kid waiting for santa to pop down the chimney

 

Yeah that has got to be nerve recking. I can only imagine what it would be like to get the stang back on the road.

This is the first stang I have ever owned and the only one I have ever drove.....I did a lot of research on here before I started moding and from what I heard the gears are the first thing to get....I just decided to get he x-pipe for soem noise

But from what I ahve heard this thing should feel like a completly different car once I get back in it.

 

It will. Stock to a 4.10 is a good jump. You'll love the difference in off the line torque.

You will hear different opinions on this but I personally wouldn't just romp on the car right away. I would try to get some miles on them before you beat on them to hard. I guess ask the guy who installed them, he's the one who will have to deal with it if something goes wrong.

 

the guy installing them jsut said that the car is basically ready but he dosnt want to release it until lunch time tomorrow for his fear that I will just get in and romp on it right away. He said he is goign to run it long enough to get it all broke in and make sure there are no issues and that everything is borken in enough before I go tearing up the town in her.....lol

so basically he said the thing is going to be bad *** and he wants to make sure it stays that way......pretty cool guy and I like the fact that he is looking out for me
