which one is easier to rebuild. the 5speed. less moving parts

What argument is that? I could see an argument against the Mustang being a "Muscle" car, but it is obviously a sports car, plain and simple.

Okay, I'm sure I'll get hammered for this, but those who aren't narrow minded will agree...

If you compare it to true sports cars around the world, it falls miserably short. I'm not going to do a complete write up on the subject. Go out and do the reading for yourself.

gtstang2000, how many autos have you rebuilt?? They're actually pretty simple. Everything is compartmentalized.

Now, can we keep the rest of the posts on topic? You know, what should the OP do to get more performance from his automatic?...
