Default Trouble code (Long)

Trouble code p1151
Definition
Lack of o2 switches-Bank 2 sensor 1
Explanation
ECM could not adjust fuel trim because of a lean or rich condition
Probable causes
1. Fuel pressure high or low
2. MAF sensor dirty/defective
3. Vacuum leak on engine
4. Leaking fuel injector or fuel pressure regulator

The light came on after my SLP catted midpipe and catback were put on. I talked to the person who put it on and he said everything went fine. I looked at the o2 sensors, all there. Anyone else had this before? Any help would be nice. I also cleaned air filter and MAF off.
