wow your a genius, what school did you go to.... you slap a blower on it n you well into the 11s...
Why the attack? I am just stating that its not a budget build? THR had 3500 in that gt to get it into the 12.4s on a helluva launch. You understand that 1500 in an LS1 will do that. It doesnt take a genius to see that the LS1 is a cheaper build. Same performance and a cheaper build, thats all I am stating.
because your missing the simple fact that this is a MUSTANG site. we want to build our MUSTANG. and i bet you your car i could get into the low 12s high 11s for cheaper than buying a good condition ls1 down here.
Just because this is a mustang site doesnt mean that you can ignore the facts. I am a diehard mustang enthusiast and always will be, but a 4.6L 2V is not the best budget build car.

im not ignoring the facts...yes i know an ls1 has power...but you can still make a fast 2v under a budget. that seems to be everyones suggestion.."dont do that just get n ls1"
the facts are that if you want n ls1 your gonna have to pay a hefty ransom..for a POS car. if you want a dependable daily driver, you better plan on spending more like 13-14 k around here. 10k is bare minimum for one. if im gonna pay 14k for that i would get a cobra or mach 1 n e ways. i would never defect from a mustang to a gm just for some power, i would rather build mine to spank those ugly *** cars.

I dont know anything about the E7 heads, but just some stuff you will need to get: 94-95 k member, 5.0, Computer, Wiring harness, not sure if your MAF will work, new transmission(or at least a bellhousing), starter. Probably alot more than that but thats all i can think of.

yea i think the tranny if fine... just bellhousing. I read on here somewhere that the a-arms are narrower on the 5.0 setupthan the 4.6. Is this true and can I modify it to sit wide like my 4.6. I really don't like the look of the narrow front wheels
