i wana get a terminator front bumper but i have a couple questions, do i still need to get a grill delete to get rid of the honey comb or does replacing the bumper eliminate that? also anybody know of any good web sites to order body parts from ebay has some good prices but i dont knowif the quality can be trusted.

 

the 03 cobra bumper will be 600+ new from ford (cover, chin, fog assemblys, not painted)

as far as the grill, for my 01 cobra bumper you need like half of the 3pc grill delete. the back piece and the pony, not the botom part. i think its the same for the 03, but im not sure.

also the 03 cobra bumper will rub the stock hood, that can be fixed by moving the mounts for the towers like a 1/4in back.

 

did your 01' bumper rub your hood? i was also considering the 01' bumper i cant decide which one i like more.

i got a awesome deal locally on the used 01 oem bumper so i had to jump on it especially because i had to replace the stock one asap.

 

good luck finding an 01 cobra bumper, better off spending the cash on the 03 unless you can find an 01 cobra bumper. You can get your parts cheaper from www.50resto.com for much cheaper and all OEM parts. And yes, the 03 cobra hood is different than the GT, thats why it will rub. As MVR said, just move the mounts back on the pillars between the headlights and grille. Also, just buy the grill delete anyway.

 

ive never had an issue with my cobra bumper. it's just a little snug. no big deal.
