+1 Kenv - Be very carefull if you are ever called out to race a 89' V6 TA. If it's a 3.8 turbo car, just say no thanks and keep your money. These things were super quick stop light racing.

1989 was the introduction of the LT1 vette engine in the Iroc Z. My brother had one. I had an 88 Iroc Z with the 305. We were both auto's.

A good way to tell if an Iroc Z is a 5spd or manual is by the roof. No 350's came with ttops & a manual because supposedly it was to much torque for the t tops and would shatter them. That's atleast what I was told.
