Most manual transmission cars have something to the same effect. GM cars have a little button for your thumb, which is actually a lot easier and more of a fluent motion than the on in out cars. But I'm really used to ours now.

I don't even think about it on my car. When I got it (7500 miles) the P and half of the U was worn off so it looked like it said JSH... I wondered to myself what the hell that stood for for the LONGEST time... then I realized it previously said PUSH... [&o]lol

yea it just comes natural since its the same ingition cylinder & push i have been pushing since i was 15... gotta love ford & their ability to reuse every part in dang near ever car & truck[8D]

i didnt even realize they said push....mines rubbed off lol
