bumper insert

i received my bumper insert along with the mach 1 hood decal and the lower bumper decal. i'm afraid i will mess them up.
i live in nj and it's cold right now.
should i wait till the weather get warmer or it doesn't matter?

i would wait until there is at least 40+degree weather to do the decals. 60+ would be ideal.

yeah its probably too cold. i did mine with it was in the 70s and they are holding up beautifully

I got the same decals in November and the directions said 60 degrees or more is good they wont take in the cold.I've been itchin to get mine on too

wait...or if you have a warm place where you can pull you ride in to do it and let it sit for a few hours...that'll be just as good. but it really needs the sunlight to make em really stick.

goto a bodyshop and have them put it in the baker to heat it up and then you can do them now, but id wait till it gets hotter weather. did you get the vinyl ones or did you get the stainless steel ones?

Are we talking about metal inserts? Heat gun works wonders, but I have the luck of leaving my car parked in the garage afterwards too.
