VIN Locations
This sounds fishy to me, we took a mustang coupe in on a trade, its an 03 100th Centennial Edition, but I noticed the vin plate on the dash appears to be messed with, the last 5 numbers or so have a few scratchs through them. Then in the glovebox, in the manual I found a piece of metal with the sticker vin from the door post. like it had been cut of the car. But looking at the door post, the metal is intact and does not look like it was rewelded or anything. Carfax comes back as a clean bill. I was just wondering if the VIN is stamped anywhere else.
