94-98 Bumper shipping? Too Big for UPS

Default 94-98 Bumper shipping? Too Big for UPS
Who has tried to ship a bumper through UPS, i bought a bumper on ebay and he shipped it to me using UPS. I went up there with the same box with my cobra bumper in it and they said it was too big? I could get it in the demensions that would ship, but it still be $180 to ship it. Anyone know of a better place to try?
