He said as long as I didn't get the engine tuned that the warranty still applied. He even suggested that I get the engine tuned, save the factory settings, and in the event that something happened to my engine just revert to the factory settings.

Despite how much I lusted after that car, I'm moving on.

if you keep a factory tune with a blower on your car, you are going to ruin the motor...basically you have no warranty...

Keep looking, those stripes are whack. If you do get it and those stripes are vinyl I would remove them asap (rocker one isn't bad though).

Yeah, had I bought the car, I would have. I chose not to buy it.

Something didn't make sense. You can't put a blower on a car and not have tuned. Sure, it will run but it will kill your motor sooner than later. And I thought that any supercharger on a stock motor would void your warranty. Your best bet would be to start from fresh. Like someone else said, I'd look into a 4v mustang. Mach or Cobra. 2003 and 2004 cobra's I don't think you'll find under $20.000.

That's exactly what I'm doing. With a new week comes a new test drive. =)
