I had the compressor in my GT go out earlier this year, so I 'had it properly discharged at an authorized shop' and then removed the compressor, and am currently just running a dumby pulley.
I haven't replaced it yet, but also kept the lines in tact so that if I want to get A/C again it won't be a hassle.
BUT... I have had 2 occasions where it sucked HUGE BUTT HOLE HAIR to not have the A/C available. They both happened when it was mid 80's, and was raining. It was like a hot/humid/sauna in my car while I lost a bunch of weight in my car from sweating. Couldn't put down the windows, and the A/C was gone. Bad combination.

If you can return the delete I would do this:

Eliminating all those pulleys really frees up the engine to rev quicker and unclutters the engine bay.
'01GT those crawfish look GOOOOOODDD!!!! LOL!!

I can live with it MOST of the time in Northern Indiana..
if you live in a southern state, or a South West state..I would imagine the circumstances are a bit different...

lol how would it be dif in the south.. its even worse. Way more humid and WAY hotter... i do just fine haha
We get some pretty hot summers here, but my car is by no means my DD. Once it's running again, I'm not even gonna drive it in the rain. Only sunny weekends. It'll get too terrible gas mileage and be completely im-practical to drive it daily.
That's what my Blazer is for.

. 90's in the winter here in houston. Until just recently we had cold weather. I use A/C in the summer BIG TIME, houston is more humid than san antonio! And when the G/F is in the car...
