Default Can you modify the stock side skirts for side exhaust?

Just wondering if it would be possible to modify the side skirts to allow for a rectangular exhaust tip (like on some of the chevys) or the double round tips?

Just run the double round pipes below the side skirt just like the Cobra R, it looks kick ***.
I briefly thought about that, but then I would have to get a 6 banger rear bumper so I didn't have the GT exhaust openings, and get it painted.

You can get the roush rear valences to cover the holes. They look better IMO and cost less than getting a whole new bumper.
