I'm not really a big fan of the bulk head in the stock tank. You are going to have to keep around 1/2 tank or more in there at all times to prevent starvation because of how the blukhead will have to sit in the tank. I had a fabrication shop quote me $100 to weld a custom sump in the stock tank, but I found a fox tank with a sump for less.
Find an industrial hose supply shop and tell them what you are wanting to do. Like I told you before, I had less than $100 in ALL LINES and ALL FITTINGS. The most I paid for fittings was like $2.50. Here's what I think you should do and it'll be WAY cheaper.
NOTE: It's not gonna be this pretty annodized blue stuff for this price. lol. Just regular old stainless or brass. Not as pretty, but will save you HUGE cash.
20ft of 1/2 pushlock (~50-60)

(1) 1/2 to 8an 90*

(2) 3/8 to 8an 90's
(9-10) 3/8 to 8an fittings (both male)

(9-10) 8an pushlock fittings

Either a 3/8 "T" or cross fitting depending on how you want to run your regulator.
And a couple 1/2 or 3/8 plugs or something.
Thats a total of 25 (MAX) fittings at $2-2.50 a piece from the hose supply shop totaling around $60 for fittings.
The pushlock fittings go in the 8an fittings. The pushlock hose fits on the fittings AND IS 100% permanent! They can withstand 1000lb before they come off. lol. But it's all super simple. Cut and fit to how you want it!
So say you find a place to do the sump for $150 + 100 for lines and fittings + $30 for regulator+ $60 for procomp pump. You have $340 in everything and that's with a sumped tank!!! Let me know if you need any more specifics. You could do this for $200 if you go with the bulkhead, not the sump.

and ill have to maybe see if theres anywhere around here for those fittings... im really liking the anodized black that i plan to use and may not wanna stray too far since ive already budgeted the fuel system in and im not too worried about i...ill check out that pump though, that would save me a fair chunk, along with the regulator...im building a fuel system i want to be able to hold 600-800hp, so im not too worried about budgeting too much, i just dont want to have to redo it once i throw 200-250 shot of nitrous in it

That pump is exactly identical to the holly black in every way. Just the Procomp brand. My buddy has had it on his race car for 3 years without a problem at all. The holley or procomp alike is LOUD! lol. I couldn't believe how loud mine was today when I fired it up.
