But if I really don't know what I'm talking about, explain to me how the stock shortblock is going to last, on stock 2V heads, with a Cast Iron Crank (which isn't included in any cobra IIRC).

The stock engine isn't going to last long at all at 6500RPM on the stock internals and without ported heads, with only a larger cam.
