Is 13,500 too much?
I need to get rid of my car asap due to finding something else that i want more. You guys think 13,500 is too much to ask for it. Its what i have in the car right now as it sits. Its a 2004 40th Anniversary GT with a NOVI2000. Has 17,000 miles on it. Drag struts, 3:73's, full lenth headers, mac pro chamber, and mac mufflers. Snow performnace meth injection(needs tuned). Subframes, upper and lower control arms not installed. Im sure im leaving some stuff out but what do you think i could get out of it? And it no longer has the black rims on it. they are now on my brothers stang

You will never get back what you paid for the car's mods. One method to get a ballpark number is to work up a private party selling price for it as a stock Stang w/o the mods based on the year, mileage, condition, factory options, etc., at Edmunds or Kelley Blue Book, and then add a certain % of the installed cost of the mods. But don't be surprised if you do not get any takers if your asking % is too high.

I think the thing that hurts you is I've seen 05+ GT's selling at that price.
You need to list it and hope for the person who wants that color/mods combo.
Seems reasonable for an 04 with tasteful mods, but I'm no expert.

I think the low miles and the blower will make it easier to sell.
Have you checked places like AutoTrader.Com to see what comparable UNMODIFIED cars are selling for?
I dont' know about anyone else, but if I can spend another 1000 or 2000 to get a car that's got all those mods, I'd do it in a second.
I just looked on AT.Com and there's really not much out there in your condition, with such low miles, and with all those mods for even CLOSE to what you're asking. I'd get the car up on autotrader with a good write up and even better pictures.
I bet you sell it in less than a month.
This is assuming it's got a clean Carfax and is accident and/or damage history free.

i think that is a good price. Im a person who will pay extra for lower miles. 17,000 miles is damn low. 13,500 is a great price if you ask me. the lower you go though the faster it will sell. But id take it for that price. Plus your car looks clean has hell too. As long as its in good condition i think its a good price.

That is a hell of a price for that car, too cheap if you ask me, but since you want to sell asap... You should be able to get $13,500 all day long. In fact if i didn't just buy a 2003, I would've bought this one.
