Default wheel well mouldings

My wheel well mouldings are dirty and have this checker board thing going on. I scrub and scrub and nothing will get these things clean. Anyone know where I can buy new wheel well mouldings?

if you spray them black they will look like anything else painted black, just clean them up good first, it will just end up dirty again with the tire tread pattern on them after a while though, i probably wouldn't bother
