the reason my numbers are down are because I ran out of fuel. Also other then the blower and fuel mods, I have exhaust that was homemade crap that someone made. everything else is stock... I got my kenne bell BAP here and hopefulley friday I will be able to get my huge intercooler... Then I will see what happens.

I think you should get a new tuner. I am only at 7psi, non-intercooled and have 356rwhp/ 365rwtq. Im about to intercool it and pulley down to 10psi but will not push it over the 400rwhp mark to play it safe. Maybe one of the vets can help you more but I think you are pushing beyond safe in a few areas. Good luck
also u got to think I only using a 3.60" pulley(stock) If I was to pulley down to my 3.33 with the intercooler and make my rev limit at 6000rpms it might bring my torque and power up, I am guessing.. What size BELT are u guys running with the 3.33 pulley and stock crank pulley?

I have a SVT focus FP, and 42lb injectors. I was sucking the fuel rail dry at 397rwhp, so he detuned it to 380rwhp and had my a/f 11.6.. However since it has gotten hotter out side I am between 10.8-11.2 right now with my AEM wideband.. The pump was letting up or the computer one was telling it to stop pushing fuel. The injectors wasnt no where near maxed out. So tht is why I ordered the kenne bell BAP to up the voltage on the pump to get more fuel there. I think I am going to put on the 3.33 pulley and lower the governor down to 6000rpms when i get the intercooler and my KB BAP installed.

you may want to contact KB directly, I remember reading a while back that the didn't recommend the BAP on the SVT Focus pump.

Why I have known several prople use them with no problems, unless ur trying to get 500rwhp out of them. Which I am not..hmm.. sounds interesting though.

I believe the problem using the BAP with the focus pump has to do with the voltage

You should be fine at the power level with fuel. Do you have a lightning MAF sensor? I recommend you keep everything as is except change your limiter to 6250 or 6000 rpms. You are simply asking for trouble with 10 PSI non intercooled.

Forge internals.
