sun spots on bumper?

sun spots on bumper?
This has only gotten worse since I frist bought the car. Is there anything I can do to fix this?? It seems to be starting in the center of the bumper too, the rest of the car is in great shape so id like to save it if i could

That means your clear coat is failing and you need to get it repainted basically
