I mean that you shouldn't use DHL, UPS, USPS, etc, they are more expenisve

i dont remember what the website is called but when I had a block shipped, there are truck drivers that bid on your shipment like a reverse ebay, they bid down on the other truck drivers price. But i forget the name of the site.
