I had a ratcheting wrench as well, however, it was not small enough to fit around the bolt because of the angle at which the p/s line fed into the pump.

Ended up messing up the seal where the line runs into the pump and had to replace that part of the line that runs from the pump to the hydraboost or whatever it's called.
