backpressur myth???????
#21
yes this is exactly what happened to me as well. When I put a o/r pipe I noticed a decrease in bottom end torque. Recently I put a catted pipe back on. Catted is much better in my opinion for sound and low end. Its not huge but its def noticeable down low.

well the guy with the mid pipe was retarted it was for long tube headers only he tired to lie to me. Besides ordering on line this one place speed unlimited wants 233 for BBK or X pipe plus 150 instaill il pass.

If you're looking for an off road midpipe, just go on craigslist. Took me about 20 minutes to find an off road x in my area for sale for $75. Bought it, installed it, hated the sound, took it off, and re-sold it on craigslist for $90 all within a week.

the backpressure myth only applies to open headers and a radical cam. there maybe a small chance that cool air can be pulled back thru the exhaust on an intake stroke and possibly burn a valve. but with full exhaust u have no worries if this myth is even possible.
