I see in your signature you have underdrive pullies. I do not know why, but everyone says you need to swap back to stock when you go supercharged. maybe someone else can chime in.
i had under drive pulleys before i went with my vortech (42lb injectors and svt focus pump) and the tuner at my shop told me that i needed to replace them with the stock ones because they will also under drive the supercharger which will result in less power from the blower...you can run the car with them on but it isn't the smartest thing if your looking for power numbers.

when you run under drive pulleys, it slows the accessorie speeds compared to the crank rpms. you just got to run a smaller pulley on the s/c to get the same boost. get too small though, the belt begins to slip.

Thanks great info, So I need to take the under drive pulls off before installing the supercharger. How about a tuner? I think it is better to get it tune at a shop, right.

Faster, and easier than both. My whole kit, which I had to custom-make some bits of piping as I went, only took 5 hours to install. Most of that being the install and removal of the head unit and bracket a few times. Got it on there the first time, and it pulled the stud out. Got it on there the second time then realized the belt had to go on before the supercharger and bracket (WTF Procharger, really?)... third time was the charm... till I realized the tensioner was hitting the supercharger bracket... couple more times on and off to clearance that... then it threw the first belt.

Plenty went wrong but the install was still fast.

You don't need to take off the UDPs, but like other people said, you'll just need to run a smaller supercharger pulley to achieve the same boost. Not a big problem if you're only looking at 10 psi or so - it's still easily achievable. You just need to decide which is cheaper and easier - smaller supercharger pulley or swapping your UDPs back to stock ones.

Down side to a smaller supercharger pulley is that you may get belt slip.

Anyway, once you change the injectors, a tune will need to be on it immediately, it probably won't run without one. My car wouldn't start most of the time, and if I did get it to start, it idled like it had cams and caused a big black cloud shortly thereafter, couldn't rev it past 1200 :P Just did it for fun, even though I knew it washed the cylinder walls a bit. Then again, I have 42# injectors.

I have a V1 with 42 lb injectors and a Ford GT40 pump.

Also, it was very easy to install, me and 2 friends put it on in about 4.5 hours and we had to take it off a few times and readjust. Much easier than I expected.
