2v vs. 4v

I like the 2v for the simple fact that its the underdog , Other wise the 3v and 4v's are superior at power and flow. But they are also more expensive , 4v cams are nasty priced.
Debate who cares Id take any of these OHC engines over them darn GM engines (Forgot what there called ).

You know, I really don't get company loyalty. If someone makes a bitchin' engine, it's a kick-*** engine regardless of who made it. I can testify that those LS engines are spectacularly good.

people who dislike LSx engines are just jealous that they do not have one... there is no reason at all for anyone to dislike an lsx engine...sure they could like other engines more, i would take a 4v over an lsx, but to put down an amazing engine for no reason other than brand loyalty is ignorant....but it doesnt surprise me around this place lol

LSx powerplants are very, very, very good large displacement pushrod motors . I will never say anything other after owning an 02' SS. However I traded that car in on the 07' mustang and there's no comparison in suspension/refinement while still being able to break that sucker down in your garage and modify. All I care about is the ability to jack my car on jackstands and replace any component on the car in my garage. The S197 is immensely easier than the 02 ss in that regard, however I would have immediately purchased another camaro if they would have been available in 07. The LS engines are just that good.
Not that you can't build a 3V, boost to the moon while having the refinement, ease of work and still rule the road.
I'm a Ford man at heart after having several fox's in my early years but have also owned some nice chevy's. I'm torn but ford's r&d has won me over.
