hi everyone. Im currently sitting at 10psi with a s-trim and a 3.33 pulley. Im going to be doing an a/a intercooler and switching to a 3.12 pulley, how much psi do you think ill hit with that setup shifting at 5800-6000rpm. I also make 410hp with the help of a meth kit right now. how much power do you think ill make after the pulley and a/a intercooler?

I would guess about the same as you're making now. Without the intercooler you're installing you'd probably see 12 psi.

Yea, the way i think of it as, when you intercool, you lose boost due to more space in the intake tract. But if you then think you pulley up, you gain back the boost you would have lost with the intercooler. So i would say about the same. Are you going to be running the meth and the intercooler or just the intercooler now???

gonna be running both the meth and a/a intercooler...i was actually hoping to hit at least 430hp....guess we'll see!

The only thing the intercooler is going to do for you is allow you to run slightly more timing and the meth will only be there now for the added octane. So I think that 430 might be achievable. I think you should have just did the pulley up and tried that and if it didnt make it and you felt it necessary, then add the intercooler.

im also looking at the intercooler now bc i plan on gettin a motor really soon and being over 600hp, so i figured id knock the intercooler outta the way now. also, there is nothing better than a blowoff venting into the atmosphere!!!
