Maybe a hundred of those cams even exist, I might know the shop grinding those cams for them. Remember they had a supply problem for months and then went out of business shortly after to reemerge under a different internet supply only name which really slowed down their sales. I still have the link to the post where they stated they never installed a set of those cams themselves and would only be able to report back what people in the field found.

Please don't take any of this personal, IMHO they are a good cam spec, albeit they are mega tight clearance wise. Also not everybody is wanting to pop a wheelie at the dragstrip every weekend, I would say half the people buying cams see a dragstrip once a year if lucky.

I wish I lived in the Orlando area so I could see first hand the PTV issues you have with most Stage 2 cams.

Like i have stated before, i have seen this first hand. At Modular Performance they had a stock PI motor on the stand that had had ptv contact with CMS stage 2's, and yes...they were degreed and cleared the piston according to the owner. Well, apparently they didn't clear enough to keep him out of the danger zone.

I am just a novus but I read a lot of threads and came across one where yellow02gtauto is taking out his VT cams and putting in MHS with his rebuild. I was thing of buying them ($300) but I am have stock non ported PI head with stock springs and would have issues acording to him.
