I don't want to be pushing the limits at 400+ WHP that's also why I said I only wanted to spray at WOT, and only about 5% of the time, because I can't keep pulling the motor out because I spun a rod bearing or put a hole in my block... Sorry for the confusion.. my goal is roughly 350 W/ the bottle... does that make sense now?..
Look.. I have been down this route. I had full bolt ons minus cams and was spraying 100 shot. I sold everything off my car and I am going turbo. These people on here are not giving you **** because you are a newbie, but because ALL OF US went down this route. We have all said we want a N/A BEAST from a mustang but the fact is that with the modular engines it isnt happening. Ed was running 11.1 compression ratio, TFS heads, VT stage 2 cams, and only put 350 rwhp no bottle. BUT THAT COST HIM GOOD AMOUNT OF CASH. I would love to have a 400 rwhp N/A stang but honestly this isnt the platform to begin with. We have all said that we will stop at 300 rwhp. Then we will change our minds and want 350 rwhp. Finally after getting whopped by new C6 ZO6 we want 450 rwhp to hang. Then we are dishing out money for a new bottom end to push 600 rwhp to blow their doors off...

Look at me, I have spend thousands going the wrong way to no almost be stock again to go forward. Today you might want 350 rwhp, but make sure you want that today, tomorrow, and the day after because I will cost you money to work backwards to go forwards. Im sure you know for you have had a lot of experience. Good luck.

That's completely understandable, and I understand where each and everyone of you is coming from.. but I don't need 600 Horsepower... Do I want it? YES!! Would any of us on here say that we didn't want 600RWHP? haha... But for my personal safety I really do not need it in a DD. now If I was building soley a strip car, I'd be ALL OVER THE SUPERCHARGER.. but it will be my daily and I'm like any guy, I will like to have fun, and having fun in a 350 HP car, is quite different than a 600 HP car...

Well then full bolt ons plus cms or hitech cams will net you 300 rwhp. Close to that. Plus on top of that you can add 100 shot of nitrous and that will put you near 400 rwhp.

I've got an auto too and i'm hoping to do my 4.10's in about a month or so, hopefully. Since i have to change my speedo to compensate for the gear change i'm gonna pick up an SCT tuner as well. Other than upping the shift firmness is there any other mods i can change with the tuner to increase performance? I'm thinking of doing a 91 tune, is it worth doing this, how much power will be gained over the stock 87 tune? I'm in California and 91 is pretty much the highest you'll see at gas stations so a 93 tune isn't an option. I've got my catback and midpipe, after my gears i think i'm done until i boost it.
