Cobra calipers need the course threaded banjo bolt.
Bullitt calipers/mach1 calipers should both need the fine threaded bolt...

Well, I ask you, where was your knowledge or this thread 2 months ago when I went to buy the brakes?

When I ordered them I didn't want to wait for company A and B and C. Having multiple orders out. Everything came at one time in one neat box in two days. If you have time and everything ships fast it's a good plan, i'm sure.

My wife hated the idea of having red calipers anyway so the gray cobras worked out very well.

Should've posted a thread about it.

For things that aren't necessary to install right away, i don't mind waiting for co. A, B, & C. But i understand what your saying. It's much easier the way you did it i guess.

And spray paint is always an option for changing caliper color Black calipers for the "clean look". Pretty much any other color if you want to stand out really..

Yea, I emailed BFR about 5X before getting them installed. I was all 'are you SURE I don't need the banjo bolts?' Not sure if I didn't clarify, but I have the bullit brakes. Banjo bolts are needed for the cobra calipers.

Rainyday -- You have mach1 brakes... You used a course thread banjo bolt correct?

That's odd. I read on another forum that a guy with mach 1 brakes needed the course thread. This makes no sense unless it is like the cobra brakes where midway through they changed them from fine to course...
