I THINK, they just check your codes, and if your running no cats, you fail. I don't THINK they physical check, but in Florida I don't have to worry about any of this!!

I just got my emission test done here in TX and they did not check for the cats. If no codes then you pass. Just get some MILs and youll be good to go.

i got mils on. its been a while since i've been home and had a car that needed inspected. i'm in FL right now too. car is still registered in texas so i send for a sticker once a year but don't have to physically take it anywhere to get checked. guess i'll leave my H pipe on and if i get any crap for it i'll worry about it then.

hate to burst your bubble....but i will start by pointing out, that all dyno numbers can be pretty much made to read whatever. That being said, show me a direct comparison between the dyno dynamic and a mustang dyno, ive found a few from a dyno jet. But my point is all things equal they are going to read similar because as far as i know they operate off the same principle. Meaning dynojets tend to read higher because they have a fixed roller weight and the other two are variable, making them more accurate to what power is being put down. And to add a little bit more Those numbers are not that low. For less bolt ons you put down a hair less TQ and a little more HP than i did on a mustang dyno, and i have more bolt ons. read my sig for stuff and numbers.
