car won't stop faster but the you won't unload your rear if you're braking to enter a corner. Best way to solve nose dive is 1) stiffer springs 2) better weight distribution. Just keep in mind that 50/50 weight is not ideal with our cars.

Alright, first of all, will reducing nose dive gain anything? Safety? Improved 1/4 times?
A K member will reduce alot of weight huh, and I know I need to restore alot of suspension parts in my car with aftermarket ones, so might as well. My car is really old. I haven't read that site you posted Jazzer, but during my brake, I definitely will. And I will look into coiover as well.
I don't see how reducing brake dive will help your quarter mile times, just help you slow down VERY FAST with improved control and shed some weight. So if stopping is an issue with your 1/4 mile runs.... than you will benefit
