Default B&M torque converters

Just curious about the quality of B&M torque converters. I am looking at the Nitrous Holeshot 3600 stall. I have heard that you don't want to go cheap on the converters but this one was in my price range and seems pretty legit.

I know not many have stalled autos but I thought I would give it a shot to see if someone out there had an reviews on the B&M converters.

I've used B&M in the past with no problems on TH350s and C4s, but I haven't heard or read anything about people using them on AODE or 4R70w, I would be interested to hear peoples experiences and opinions as well.

It's one of those deals where it's off the shelf and have plenty in stock. Yeah it'll work but you might be best off with Dirty Dog which if who I will probably go with when I go converter.

I called B&M and the only converter they have for the 4r70w is the 2400 Holeshot. That won't work for what I'm doing.

I looking to go 3400-3600 stall that will hold up to nitrous. So far the one I like most is Precision Industries triple plate converter.

A 3600 stall isn't too large for my car, right? I don't care about my car not moving until 3000 or whatever on the streets I just want the best stall for the track but still somewhat streetable.

Eh, I would think anything over 2xxx would get OLD for a street driven car. im sure you can get a stall in the 2000s that will hold up to nitrous.

I am in the same boat, I e-mailed 3 seperate converter companies with all my specs and I got 3 seperate recomendations ranging from 2,800 to 4,200. I've settled on a 3,200 from precision industries. They answered all my questions and have a good reputation, if you give them a call or e-mail with all your specs and what you plan on doing with the car, they will give a recomendation

I used/use a precision industries torque converter, works well, but my car is a dd so it's not my favorite thing.
