^I have always thought that. I mean keep the IRS and just build that up. An IRS car can launch harder than an SRA can when built from what i've seen.

true...its just expensive. i would love to get the bushing kit, but im broke and have other things higher up on the list.

Corrected with the weight you listed..

Batery swap: Front= 55.9%

K member swap= 54.7%

Results not as good, but still a decent gain. The best thing to do is to move weight from the front to the rear.

Just caught a mistake i made last week. Adding a tubular front will kill your weight distribution. your taking weight away from the whole car, not just the front. so instead of having 1784.42/3324= 53.6& its 1784.42/3224=55.3%...big mistake!


Key discovery here, try to move weight from the front to the back, not necessarily away from the car.

Which is another key factor probably taken into consideration when Maximum Motorsports designed their K-member kits to not remove a whole lot of weight, just maximize clearance and improve strength.
