Firewall adjuster/Quadrant advice
So I just ordered an 03/04 clutch assembly and I want to buy an aftermarket firewall adjuster and a quadrant.
I always thought that the Steeda one was the best but I've ben hearing some very good things about UPR. The problem is they have a million different types on their website and they all mostly seem the same and it is REALLY giving me a headache trying to decide. So my question is, which is the best firewall adjuster/quadrant combo to get?
Thanks,
Brandon

I have had the UPR triple-hook quadrant, and their quick-click adjuster (just the ones in plain ol' aluminum finish) for nearly 3 years and have been very pleased.
As I understand it they made the 3-hook quadrant only to avoid legal hassles with Steeda, the quick-click adjuster is the best thing out there--no tools needed just pop the hood and adjust it according to your momentary whims, annoys the crap out of my wife when I pull over to tweak it.
My advice is to make sure you radius the sharp corners on the edge of the quadrant groove (this is true for all after market quadrants), use washers and/or spacers to center the quadrant with the cable's path from the firewall, and use a good chassis grease on both ends of the cable and the groove in the quadrant.
