Kid since your 15 I would suggest a fox, 5k can get you one that is unmolested with like 70-100k on the engine. The down side is the mileage and some TLC it will most likely need, the upside is they are cheap to fix and rebuild. If the fox is not to your liking then get a SN95 (not the new edge you tards who like to correct every little thing on the net). You can get them for dirt cheap, do a PI swap and have some fun.

Well i've been looking at some 2004 GT's for around 8K bone stock. I mean 260 stock horsepower with only like 50K miles for that much is not bad IMO. Who ever still wants to say a GT is too powerful for me go ahead and blast away.

a 2v GT too powerful ?? hehe I giggled. they really have 220ish horsepower so you will be fine. I say if your 15 then do not start debt of 8k or higher, get a cheap mustang and have room to mod it.

Well thats what alot of people are telling me. Well I won't be in debt really i'll pay the car off pretty fast if not all at once from a private seller. The only think i'm worried about is the insurance. I think a Cobra would be a little much for my first car price and power wise I guess..

honestly the cobra v.s. GT insurance gap is not that much, we are talking a extra 30 - 130 bucks every six months depending on where you live. If you are gonna be on your parent's insurance which Im sure you will be then you do not have to worry too much about insurance cost. The people who are telling you the 2v's are too much power for you really do not know what they are talking about. There are decent sedans making the power the 2v's make plus more, Most people think mustang and Oh shizz super fast car you need to be careful !

Say look kid you really need to sit back and take a deep breath. When you come on a forum, such as MF, you have to expect the unexpected. You probally thought you would come on here and we would all be like "yeah man go for it". It's not the case young man.. We all have our own opinions and state them differently. I have three daughters but if I had a son that was 15, he would probally be riding around in a very nice but less hp vehicle, say a honda civic.. So if you buy the car just be safe/careful and the biggest thing don't relent to peer pressure because if you do, bad things always happen.. Pretty sure once your dad gets home he'll talk to you about this. Good luck young man...

+1 to Soldiers comment above. And to anyone that says a Mustang GT isn't enough to get you in trouble is a downright f'ing moron. Best of luck.
