random question about 03/04 cobra rear bumpers

Is that black piece around the exhaust tips and around the bottom a piece of plastic or is it paint? If it is plastic, does it stick OVER the bumper, or is it bolted/invited to the bumper or how does that work?

"I believe" it's one piece, but not 100%. It's all plastic. Sorry man. Good luck

the bumper is one solid piece, the bottom "black" part is just unpainted plastic

its pretty much flush with the paint too. theres a little groove seperating the two but thats it.
