In my opinion, you should definitely prioritize your future plans are for the car....Some cams are very counter-intuitive and can actually end up hurting your numbers after you go boosted. A few of the engine builders have told me in the past that if I was set on going w/ cams before supercharging then to go with blower cams for sure. The blower cams will have a more mild effect on performance N/A but when you put the blower on, the gains will be much much more. Personally, I cannot make my damn mind up between supercharging/nitrous or turbo. So I'm planning on saving until the time comes. Oh and MHS rocks.

if it's gonna be that far down the road i say just try and pick up some nice used n/a cams for it that will help you moreso now. then when you get the s/c sell your n/a cams and pick up some blower cams. that's what i'd do.

i think the norm is right around 300 or so with stage 2 cams and full bolt ons? with blower cams i'd imagine it'd drop to 275/280 region. i'm not a big 4.6 guy tho so i'm not sure. lol.

I have MHS stage 2 cams and am very happy with them. Of course they will perform better than stage 1 blower cams with your current setup. Personally, i'd consider some long tubes with your cams too.

Stage 1 blower cams? Why would you even bother for those? Of course an n/a grind cam is going to out-perform any supercharged cam n/a. You should look at stage 2 blower cams. You'll probably lose maybe 5-10rwhp over a stage 2 n/a cam, but come blower time you'll be set.

Maybe you should take a look at Nick's blower cam specs. So many times people get caught up in the "stage" thing with cams when sometimes they prove to mean nothing.

CMS Stage 2 blower cams -
220/230
.530/.570
112 LSA

MHS Stage 1 blower cams -
225/230
.550/.525
110/118 - 114 LSA
Will work with stock valvesprings, pending amount of boost and are the largest cams Nick offers for the stock piston and intake.

In this case I would go with the Stage 1 blower cam
