cheapest way here you go. Suspension, tires, 4.10 gears, CMS stage 2 cams, 100 wet shot plate kit, longtubes.

Ok...i'll start by saying you wont be able to make it on the stock block. To do it right, youre gonna need forged internals at least and then you gotta decide what power adder you wanna do. If you want to be cheap about it, get a centri. I personally am at a toss up between a turbo and a twin screw kenne bell. With those mods and the supporting fuel system you have the potential to reach about 550-600rwhp safely/easily.

Heres the breakdown of steps I would do.
-pick which power adder you want
-buy fuel system for the power you want to make(go to lethal performance to check out fuel systems that are already built and shipped to you as a kit)
-start saving for a forged shortblock while spending a little bit of money on suspension
-buy your built shortblock and get clutch good enough for the power you want to make
-build rear
-buy power adder and get it tuned
-buy built transmission if need be.

I go about it a lot differently than a lot of people on here do as I take care of mostly all the supporting mods before the power adder goes on. A lot of people will put a power adder on then do a clutch when its needed and a shortblock when its needed or more power is wanted.
