Congrats dude! Where did you go to school/what did you study there? What's the job?

I'm currently taking 3 hours of finance and 3 hours of HR. I'm about to start 3 hours of business statistics and 3 hours of some b.s. computer literacy course. I've really been enjoying my summer

Exactly! It's been awhile since I've been able to fully enjoy a summer.

Sorry Rob, had to say it. LOL
Hey man you've got every right to. I'm not saying I'm bad off by any means. Hang in there bro.

Don't beat yourself up guys, I went for Mechanical Engineering and had my last co-op job turn into full time after taking classes for a year straight but then took me almost a year to find a job down here in KY. Granted its tougher looking for jobs when you aren't in the state you're looking LOL.

It was tough for me too and i figured it would be easy with a ME degree...

Thanks. I went to West Chester University, and got a B.S. in Accounting. The job is a plant accountant position. Its my 3rd week and so far its been pretty lame. They are too busy to train me and don't have anything I can do so I pretty much have to sit there and play around on the computer for 8 hours. Longest days of my life.

Sure I'm getting paid to do nothing. But I want to learn so I can get better and more knowledgeable so I can move up in the food chain as soon as possible

I changed my major to math from ME. I got laid off 2x and the market for engineers around here SUCKS. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

I feel like you're going experience this stuff in any field right now... companies can't afford to train employees, let alone hire them or keep new hires when sh*t hits the fan.

jvog, you got your foot in the door, focus on getting your cpa now.
