The Ford Motorcraft oil filters are designed just for our cars
and Ford Motorcraft oil filters have the best drainback valve
design.I have always used Mobil 1 synthetic motor oil in my mustang
and I never used Royal Purple either.

Really Motorcraft has oil filters made to fit every Ford Brand Vehicle, not just mustang. And its always wise as a rule of thumb for things to stick with what is rec'd in the owners guide..... which is motorcraft.
