Stage 2 is just an ECU tune meant for their cars with minimal bolt ons. I just googled it and:

"Revo Stage 2 software has been specifically developed to attain the best possible performance from cars with more extensive bolt on performance modifications. The Revo Stage 2 software is tuned on vehicle applications using a 4 bar fuel pressure regulator, a quality aftermarket performance exhaust system and a good air intake induction system. Furthermore, Revo's Stage 2 software can be used with a de-cat exhaust for race or track use. The tuning style is more aggressive than the basic Revo performance software, and will typically yield 10-15% more useable power."

id say the 15-20% of useable power would be 30-40 rwhp at the most. Threads like these make me want to put a power adder on my car so much more.

I wouldnt go so much by the "stages"... if hes pushing 22PSI hes got more than that.. i would recon hes at around 230... which is a close call for you. Especially since your missing the one thing that really makes these pigs move...gears.

Cause the tune alone gave HIM 30-40 then he's got all of the other mods like intake and exhaust which will add even more. Plus he's lighter

my coworker has a passat 1.8t tuned with unitronics software (one of the best for vw) with a garrett gt28rs he boosted 19lbs and made 261fwhp before his meth injection, and it was hot as hell outside. ill call your boys bluff right now. race him.
