On a side note, what size nitrous jet are you using?
Not sure about the total overlap (i would imagine the Hitech's have a little more) but the lift is the same, and both have a higher intake vs exhaust duration. The LSA and ICL are a tad tighter with mine.

IIRC, i'm running a 52 pill.

I spray 175 wet zex on stock guts on my 2000 gt at the track only, however I also spray meth at the same time for detonation elimination. Zex jets are under-rated and I get around 150 to the wheels with that shot. I spray 75 on the street again with meth. For 200 bucks a meth kit is cheap insurance. I agree with the fogger plate. It's a better delivery system but my little nozzle seems to do fine. I get little to no puddling

Both CMS stage 1's and MHS stage 2's are practically identical in every aspect. Regardless of the delivery style, they should respond almost the same theoretically.

Methanol basically will boost the octane and lower the inlet temps. This allows you to get more aggressive while reducing the possibility of detonation.

Everett, i'm just curious as to why you use meth with a 75 shot?

Because that's just how my window switch is hooked up. To spray the same time as the nitrous does. I know it isn't really necessary for anything under 100 but I don't know how I would defeat it as both are on the same switch. I guess if I had wired it with 2 switches I could do it but when I installed this stuff I was just excited to have gotten er done

Gotcha! I've never seen anyone do it before.

So everett, you just wired the meth pump into the window switch?

Ive never heard of anyone spraying meth with nitrous. Nitrous itself cools the incoming air, the only way meth works is by cooling the incoming air, and making it dense. Same thing nitrous does. To prevent detonation, all you do is add fuel to a nitrous system. Unlike a s/c or turbo set-up where heat is also an issue

I've heard of people doing it, but I don't see a real good reason too. I guess if your using it for the added octane effect, but IMO it would be better to just run a seperate fuel system for your nitrous and run some 110 octane or so fuel in the nitrous fuel cell.
