Just read this, hopefully OP is still here...
TMO reimbursed me $40 a month to store my vehicle for my deployment. Qualifications were E4 or under and single. Might want to check it out.

They want or are not supose to let you store your vehicle on the military lots with more than quater of a tank of gas. And they are suppose to make you disconnect the battery before you turn youjr keys over. Like others said fuel stabilizer, tire pressure, oil change. Every time I stored mine with a cover it ended up ripping befre the year of storage was up and that's everytime same with the bike cover. Good luck and shoot first.
