yeah but that's at the wheels, you'd be around 300ish at the crank. hp numbers dont really matter tho man. 260 whp in that car could keep up with quite a few cars on the road.

Yeah I saw the blue plug hanging

Stock was 5.4, so I'd guess more around 5.0-5.2 secs

I also see some CC plates (to help with caster/camber of the wheels when lowering the car). Is that a stock alternator as well, looks different then my 2000 GT?

H&R makes red race springs as well, could be that brand:

Looks like these guys pretty much hit the nail on the head.

Pi motor with full bolt ons

and your probably used to hearing exaggerated retard hp numbers where people gain 150 hp from intake/tune/ and exhaust.

260 hp at the wheels is pretty stout and that car will beat most of the cars on the road.

Pretty sure that's a lightning MAF and you also have 24lb injectors. I wouldn't be surprised if it is cammed. You may also lift up the car, put a mark on the driveshaft and rotate one of the rear wheels 360* and watch how many times the driveshaft rotates around. If he put all that work into the car I would be very surprised if it didn't have different gears in the rear end. If it rotates a little over 4 times you have 4.10 gears, If it makes 3 3/4ths rotations you have 3.73 gears.

You also have UPR CC plates, lowering springs, and lower control arms.
