if you check out the power adders section (i think its called) theres a thread name "$1500 Vortech Build" and theres been many people on here thats done it, including myself and i love it

boost and be done with it.

You will actually be somewhat fast and wont waste a ton of money only to still get beat by a stock ls1.

If your interested I will have an intercooled vortech setup for sale here very soon with the bracket to fit your 99. Ill even give you my custom secondary tensioner pulley
