I would go with the 78mm BBK upper plenum and leave the bottom stock for now. You'll see more benefits with your LT's and a custom tune too, of course. That's at least the route I would stick with!

I can't have long tubes in mass which sucks. Also wouldn't the 78mm be to big for stang with the mods I plan doing? Sorry for all the questions too, I just wanna make sure the gt I get will be woken up haha

It is too big for any n/a 4.6L 2V, however I don't care to argue this with anyone as this is America and we all know "bigger IS better".
It will not really hurt power output at anything but WOT and mid to upper mid-range, and then it would only be a tiny bit of a "droop" on a dyno curve when the aircharge velocity drops to below optimum. It is mostly just unnecessary...

Unless you're running a blower a 78mm is useless on an n/a car like cliffy said, the stock plenum is the restricting point. A 70mm with a plenum or the stock tb with a plenum would be most beneficial for your needs.
